☕Chibi single or couple is included by default but extras can be added +$45 each☕As the name suggests, this type of commission allows me to experiment with the graphic style of 1950s, 1980s and early 2000s magazines and books, combining text and image as part of the narrative in different finishes. I tend to use brushes with variable textures and halftones.☕The illustration can have elements that emulate a restaurant/fast food menu. Magazines for woman's clothes/make up, bakery or teen's. Posters of drinks/food, appliances, cars, etc.

💀Bust only.💀Inspired in the cover albums from the 80s and 90s. I tend to incorporate triangular shapes, which means the character would have a spiky silhouette, making it look more "aggressive." You need to be sure you want to see this change on your character's shape design because that's what i'll do.Round character ➜ Spike character💀Metal sometimes includes explicit content but I won't draw obscene figures or involve anyone's insides unless you want me to.💀Character signature +10 usd.

Commissioning me means you're at least 18 or above and your agreement with the terms listed down below whether you read it or not.

I don't accept gore, nrop screencaps, IA generated and character recolors (lets say Princess Peach but green) as references.
I only work with characters with clear visual references, no written-only descriptions.
Am in my right to refuse any project that make me feel uncomfortable.
If you don't want me to post your commission on my socials, you must let me know, am not a guesser.
🍰🥪 DEADLINES 🧺🍓
Waiting time is between 7 to 15 business days but depending of the seasons and the queue, may variate around 3 or 4 months. Ask me first if you have doubts about your comm, i put announcements on the queue anyway.
In order to be honest with you, last commissions on queue could take longer than the estimated time, i know no one likes to know their work could take 6 mo, but am a convention artist too and events take preparation and i may delay with the progress.
I will always update my status. Please don't be afraid to ask me if i stayed silent, am currently more active in Instagram.
When i take longer, i do cute extra art to compensate!
If you need it for an specific date I can give priority to your request but that would have an extra cost. This prices are not valid on commercial, concept art or vis dev request.3 days - 60 USD

Process pictures with watermark will be send.
No mayor changes after the sketch approval unless an extra fee of $10 over the total work is payed.
I can explore options for your art with a MAX of 3 variations.
By default you count with 4 changes for free.
I don't work on Mondays.

🍰🥪 CLIENT & ARTIST RELATIONSHIP 🧺🍓
I offer respectful communication by default so i expect the same with clients.
English is not my first lenguage, i apologize if i mistake or interpreted wrong some details.
I don't allow hypocritical attitudes against my integrity. If the client somehow promotes harassment against me and my artwork in any way whether said before or after contacted me, our interaction finish immediately, no matter in what phase the commission is. The client will also be added to Black List. Refund request is available for this instance, please, check the next section Refunds.
If you know someone who has been mocking, tracing, harassing me or my work and with solid prof, let me know asap through any of my socials!
🍰🥪 REFUNDS 🧺🍓
I DON'T DO REFUNDS unless i cannot complete or start with your illustration for mayor reasons, however if i haven't send you a wip in a period of 3 months, refund request is avaiable.
If you file a chargeback against me you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore, adding you to my Black List.
After sketch, refund is not possible.
Client & Artist Relationship: If, sadly, client situation implies the last point of this section, refund only will be issued if:
- I haven't start with your commission.
- Commission is in the sketch phase, refund only of 70% of the payment.
🍰🥪 COPYRIGHTS 🧺🍓
I retain the copyrights of all the incoming and finished artwork and i can use all the pieces for self promotion to my social media, commission samples, portafolio, etc.
My artwork cannot be used for feed AI neither as NFTs, cryptocurrency or any other blockchain purposes, similar or equal, existent or future invented.
**I allow physical replication (keychains, prints, etc) as long it reminds for personal use and with a max of three pieces.
Mass reproduction with lucrative purposes without my consent is prohibited.
Commercial rights and files have and extra charge of +300% over the total quote.
Persistent cancelations, scam or any way of harassment results is an instablock, not allowing you to enter as a future client ദ്ദി(ᵔᗜᵔ) .ᐟ.ᐟ

Refund request after preorder periods won't be issued and will automatically put you on the permanent blacklist
Am not responsable for misspell addresses, names, postal codes, etc. If your order returns, you must have to pay the shipping again.
Once the order has shipped, refunds cannot be issued.
You're responsable for your customs fees settle by your country regulations that may inccur.
I don't sell to blacklist members (i mean, that's why they are banned?). If you are associated to internet-hate-clans of any kind, your refund will be issued and you will be permanent blacklisted.
Products are non-returnable and non-refundable. There could been exceptions where I send customers the wrong/extra items by mistake, in which case, the replacement shipping is covered by my own.
BROKEN / LOST / STOLEN ORDERS
Heavy cases related to broken pieces without solid proof will be on blocklist. I will sent a replacement/refund with shipping covered by my own.
I will try my best to help in locating your order and contact the courier but I cannot be responsible for any postage delays or packages lost in transit, neither afford to offer refunds for packages that are not delivered in the estimated arrival time.
Refunds and persistent cancellations means you agree to forfeit 30% of what you paid for your purchase. No exceptions.
