Have in mind that price range could change depending on the complexity of the illustration.

You need to bring me references of the character, the pose or expression, clothing, color palette if you have, LITLLE description about them, etc.

By default you count with 4 changes for free. After that, each of them must cost 15% over your total.

After color, each change must cost 25% over your total.

First full payment upfront

Waiting time is between 7 to 15 business days but depending of the seasons and the queue may variate around 3 or 4 months. Ask me first if you have doubts about your comm, i put announcements on the queue if is needed anyway.

All my commissions are for personal use. The comercial works should treated and custumize differently

I have the right to refuse any project that make me feel uncomfortable or isn't fit in this terms.

PSD/Editable is not available for purchase in personal commissions.

PRESALES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any reason that is not related to production. As a small business is very difficult to maintain the manu for all the goods, presales helps to calculate estimated quantities to keep aviable stock.

Am not responsable for misspell addresses, names, postal codes, etc. If your order returns, you must have to pay the shipping again.

Once the product has shipped, refounds cannot be issued.

SPECIAL CASES: If your package couldn’t get into the customs of your country for some reason, the product must need to be returned to me. Once i get it back, the refund will be the 100% based on the total of the merch (no counting shipping).

BROKEN / LOST / STOLEN ORDERS OVER POSTAL SERVICE: I always make sure to give proper protection in your merch (as bubblewrap, support fill, etc) so everything can arrive safely to you! Sadly, Postal Services are something out of my control since everything of that is managed by a third party. The refund will be of 40% over your total payment (only applied for broken or mishandled pieces with solid proof).

Where do you ship from? From Mexico, via Correos de México (SEPOMEX) & MEXPOST.

How long it takes to shipping? On stock products are around 5-8 business days starting the next day of your purchase.

How long will it take to deliver? Depends on your residence. Some orders takes around 2 or 4 weeks to arrive.

Which shipping company will carry my package once it has arrived to my country? Currently your local, such as USPS, Royal Mail, PostNord, etc. You should be aviable to track it from the official page :)

Can i receive a refund if my purchase was a PREORDER and arrived broken? Send me a message or mail and we can discuss your situation. Have in mind the possibility that i cannot get you the shipping but i’ll try my best to make our agreement satisfactory.

The package was lost/stolen. If your package has been lost, I will try my best to help in locating your order and contact the courier if needed but I cannot be responsible for any postage delays or packages lost in transit.

Cuentas con 4 cambios gratis por default. Después de ello, cada uno se costea un 15% extra basado en tu total.

Después del color, cada cambio se costea un 25% extra basado en tu total.

Antes de empezar a trabajar, el pago debe ser completo (parcial solo arriba de $40 USD)

El tiempo de espera regular es de 7 a 15 días hábiles pero dependiendo de la temporada y la lista de espera, puede variar hasta 3 o 4 meses. (Las ilustraciones detalladas pueden tomar más tiempo del descrito). En caso de cualquier imprevisto te contactaré para establecer un acuerdo.

I don't sell to blacklist members (i mean, that's why they are banned?). If you are associated to internet-hate-clans of any kind, your refund will be issued and you will be permanent blacklisted.

Products are non-returnable and non-refundable. There could been exceptions where I send customers the wrong/extra items by mistake, in which case, the replacement shipping (as long as it keeps Standard) is covered by my own.

Heavy cases related to broken pieces without solid proof will be on blocklist. I will sent a replacement/refund with shipping (as long as it keeps Standard) covered by my own.
